This brand new, custom built home has sleeping accommodations for 8 and is set on pristine acres convenient to Cape Cod beaches, ponds, shopping and sights.

Each of the three bedrooms* has a private bath plus there's a convenient half bath for dinner guests. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed with expansive deck overlooking a lovely rolling hillside and wetland. The upper floor bedrooms have queen beds and twin day beds are available so everyone has a comfy place to sleep.

Whatever the age, there's plenty to do inside and out.

The contemporary open floor plan has sliders to one of two main floor decks, cozy fireplace and a dining room that seats 8. Island seating makes it perfect for 12. The fully furnished kitchen with oversized pantry has granite counters, cherry cabinets, and stainless appliances. Gas grill is outside the kitchen door for those memorable summer barbecues. The upper floor has its own deck and a small library with Scrabble, Monopoly, chess and poker table. LCD TV/VCR/DVD, central air, high-speed wireless connection all included.

Cape Cod beaches and ponds available 24/7. A heated swimming pool at the main house is available 9am to 5pm through mid-October.

Feel free to bring your own sheets and towels (100% cotton king sheets provided for master bedroom) or contact Essential Rentals (508.398.3685) for rental linens. Elevator access is also available from garage to main floor.

*Need room for more for your family reunions and gatherings? Reserve Hillside House for families with children and additional guests can choose from the Poolside Cottage or Bed and Breakfast rooms in the main house.

In accordance with state regulations, smoking is not permitted inside Hillside House.

June 21st through August 29th $4200/weekly

August 30th through Septemer 26th $3100/weekly
