Greenhouse Room - A large bedroom beautifully decorated in green, rose and antique white and furnished with antiques and handmade reproduction early American furniture. Situated on the first floor, this air-conditioned room has a queen bed and spacious private bathroom with shower. Blue Room - On the second floor via a spiral staircase, a spacious air-conditioned queen bedroom overlooks the gardens and pool. The Blue room is decorated in periwinkle blue and white, and furnished in ash and light pine. A private bath with tub and shower is adjacent to this room. A roll-away bed is available for an additional charge. Access to the pool and deck from this room is via the second floor deck off the large living room adjacent to the blue room. Poolside Cottage - A charming poolside one bedroom cottage is available for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday). Amenities include: full kitchen, TV-VCR, lovely views throughout,ac, WIFI, private deck, use of larger main deck and grounds as well as heated swimming pool. Sleeps up to three (3), 10 years or older. This is a housekeeping unit (no breakfast or chambermaid services); linens are provided. For more information see Poolside Guest House. General Information for Bed & Breakfast Rooms Rates are based on double occupancy and include a gourmet breakfast. Guests may enjoy the use of a 20 x 40' heated pool Memorial Day weekend through mid-October, extensive grounds and gardens, and a large living area with wood burning stove, library,LCDTV and VCR, and small refrigerator. Wireless Internet Connection is available to guests Minimum stay: Poolside Cottage requires one week rental or more. Bed and Breakfast rooms require Two (2) nights; Three (3) nights holiday weekends. Deposit requirements: Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received. For reservations of two (2) or three (3) nights, a two night deposit is required. For longer stays, we require a deposit of 50% of the entire amount. Payment may be made by cash or check. Cancellation Policy: We will happily refund any deposit if rooms can be re-rented or if we are notified two weeks prior to stay. Check-in time 3:00 p.m.: You will be asked to give an approximate arrival time. We ask that you contact us if your arrival time changes by more than one hour. Check-out time 11:00 a.m. Children: 10 or older are welcomed at Morgan's Way. Pets: Spencer, our entertaining Shih-Tzu Poo asks that you leave your pets at home, or we can recommend a boarding kennel. Smoking: An ever increasing number of guests are requesting a smoke-free environment. To meet this demand and, smoking is not permitted inside Morgan's Way.
